Lidiane Ramos

Lidiane Ramos is a well-known Brazilian Jiujutsu coach from Brazil.

From a young age, Lidiane was involved in multiple school sports, such as basketball, football and volleyball. She started practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu at age 14 years ago to develop self-confidence and self-defense skills.

and has an Augusto Ferrari Black Belt, which follows the Carlos Gracie family’s lineage.

After four years of starting with BJJ, she began teaching kids and female-only BJJ classes as well Cross fight ( modality to enhance strength and conditioning to the martial arts students )

Lidiane moved to the KSA in 2018 to persuade her BJJ and fitness career at one of the well known Saudi Arabian sports clubs.

Some of her former students competed in world youth and adults tournaments in Abu Dhabi, Saudi Games World Jiu Jitsu Championship in California USA and achieving excellent results and medals. Lidiane was proud to see that her work had some actual results and that her pupils knew more about the culture and what Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu could add to their lives.

Lidiane is also Parisi Speed School trained, focusing on athletes reaching their potential, agility, ability and self-confidence.
